朱祥荣,男,1984年出生,理学博士,副教授。湖州1112人才工程后备人选,2014.7-2016.6在北京大学做博士后研究,曾先后访问俄罗斯杜布纳联合核子研究所(JINR和塞尔维亚文恰VINCA核科学研究所开展国际合作研究。

    从事中高能核物理的理论和实验研究工作,主要有:1)相对论重离子碰撞中集体效应和喷注物理;2)全息方法在重离子碰撞夸克-胶子等离子体中的应用;3)基于Geant4模型研究粒子在物质中的输运性质;4)俄罗斯JINR/NICA-MPD重离子实验。到目前为止,主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、浙江省自然科学基金项目1项,作为主要参与人员参加国家级和省级自然科学基金10余项;在《Physical Review D》、《Physical Review C》、Physics Letters B》Eur. Phys. J. C》Eur. Phys. J. A》等国际主流期刊杂志发表论文20余篇

承担本科生量子力学电动力学、《电工学》、《普通物理实验3》和《电工学》等课程的教学工作,主持浙江省精品在线开放课程项目1项,校级精品在线开放课程1项、校级教改项目1项。曾获校级优秀班主任、校先进就业个人,担任2015级物理学(师范)专业班主任,该班曾获校级“优良学风班”、“优秀团支部”等称号。
