顾菊观，男，1963年出生，理学学士，四级教授。浙江省物理学会理事。
从事激光光学、光电技术、光学及实验教学的研究工作，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项、主持浙江省自然科学基金等项目3项，主持横向科研项目5项，在Optics & Laser Technology，Journal of Modern Optics，Optik等期刊发表论文50余篇其中10多篇SCI收录；获省自然科学优秀论文奖二等奖2项、市自然科学优秀论文奖二等奖2项，市科学技术转化成果奖三等奖1项。
承担《光学》《工程光学》等课程的教学工作，主持省精品课程《光学》，主持《光电信息科学与工程》专业建设，发表教研论文和学生科研论文近20篇。
